Once the lot and floor plan are selected, our homes are typically move-in ready within 6-7 months. Our team works efficiently to ensure the construction process stays on schedule, while keeping you informed every step of the way. Looking for something quicker? Many of our communities offer a variety of quick move-in options with all selections chosen by our professional interior designer, allowing you to move in within just a couple weeks. 

Our floor plans are thoughtfully designed to maximize space, functionality, and to ensure a comfortable living experience. To control costs and stay on schedule, we do not allow changes to the floorplans. However, you can still make the home your own by choosing from a wide range of colors and selections at our design center, allowing you to create a space that reflects your personal style. Our design center is located at our main office in Richmond Hill, GA. 

Once construction begins, you can expect weekly updates from your Customer Experience Agent on the progress of your home. We'll coordinate all inspections and ensure that everything meets local building code. You'll be involved in key milestones to review the progress, including a pre-construction orientation, a pre-drywall walkthrough, and a new home orientation prior to closing. These walkthroughs occur onsite in your new home during regular business hours Monday through Friday.
